K2HIKING program it is very important to produce only the best coaches who are able to work professionally, safely and humourously with clients of your
K2HIKING centre. This is important not only for you but also for the whole
K2HIKING program. That is why it is very important to (among others):

The education system for
K2HIKING is divided into 4 phases:
Coach BRONZE:
Trainees who pass the
K2HIKING ACADEMY BASIC, training course, plus the final test and sign a license contract with
K2HIKING ACADEMIÍ, attain the status of coach BRONZE. This title is necessary for proper leadership of lessons.

Coach SILVER:
Coach SILVER is a coach BRONZE who attends 2 seminars with
K2HIKING
Program within one year of successful completion of
K2HIKING ACADEMY BASIC course, plus final test.
Coach GOLD:
Coach GOLD is a coach SILVER who attends 4 seminars with
K2HIKING Program within 2 years of successful completion of
K2HIKING ACADEMY BASIC course, plus final test.
Coach DIAMOND TEACHER:
Coach DIAMOND TEACHER is a coach GOLD who passes the practical exam in front of the
K2HIKING ACADEMY commission and also exhibits the ability to teach and demonstrate enthusiasm for the
K2HIKING program.
